On the other hand, if you wait until you have the tools and ability to start working toward your goals, you will never reach them.

Decide that you are going to rise to the top of your field. Study success, and apply the tested and proven strategies for getting what you want. Develop success habits through practice and repetition until they become as natural to you as breathing.

When you are clear about what you want and make a decision to succeed the payoff for you will be tremendous.
